  • Disbursements - these are costs payable by your Solicitor on your behalf such as HM Land Registry fees, Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) etc.
  • Third Party Fees - these are costs to third parties and will vary depending on the type of transaction. Examples include:
    • Estate agents' fees
    • Fees payable to a Landlord (for leasehold property) for the sale pack or notice fees 
    • The costs of arranging a survey
    • Lender fees.
