DPM LEGAL RESIDENTIAL FEE SCHEDULE 

This schedule is a guide to the fees charged by DPM Legal for the provision of legal services provided to clients relating to residential properties.  

PLEASE NOTE: ALL the fees quoted below are subject to VAT and are shown EXCLUDING VAT. The disbursements are INCLUSIVE of VAT.

Basic Sale Fee

The Basic Sale Fee is applicable to all sale transactions and is based on a sliding scale, determined by the property’s market value. 
 
The Basic Sale Fee covers the standard conveyancing work required when selling a property.

£400,001 - £500,000 £1,000
£500,001 - £700,000 £1,200
£700,001 - £900,000 £1,300
£900,001 - £1,100,000  £1,400

Additional Fees
Property is leasehold £150 Additional Fees are payable on top of the Basic Sale Fee where extra work is required. They are only payable if relevant, for example, if the property is leasehold an additional £150 +VAT will be payable. 
Redemption of mortgage (per mortgage) £50
Money transfer fee (per transfer) £30
Sale of part  £350
Unregistered Title £100
Shared Ownership Property £350
Key undertaking £100
     
Disbursements 
Land Registry documents  £6+                 
Disbursements are costs that are incurred throughout the sale process, that are charged at cost price to the client. These will vary depending on the transaction.
   
   
   
 
Other Points to Note: 
In addition to the costs listed above on a sale there may also be third party costs you should consider such as agent’s fees and lender’s redemption fees.

The Basic Purchase Fee covers the standard conveyancing work required when selling a property.

Additional Fees are payable on top of the Basic Purchase Fee where extra work is required. They are only payable if relevant, for example, if the property title is not registered at HM Land Registry, an additional fee of £100+VAT will be payable.

REMORTGAGE  
 
Basic Remortgage Fee
The Basic Remortgage Fee is applicable to all remortgage transactions. The fee covers the remortgage of one title. 
 
Basic Remortgage Fee               £750.00

Additional Fees are payable on top of the Basic Remortgage Fee where extra work is required. They are only payable if relevant.

Official SearchFreeholder notice fee (if applicable)  Variable based on the terms of the lease.
