This schedule is a guide to the fees charged by DPM Legal for the provision of legal services provided to clients relating to residential properties.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL the fees quoted below are subject to VAT and are shown EXCLUDING VAT. The disbursements are INCLUSIVE of VAT.

The Basic Sale Fee is applicable to all sale transactions and is based on a sliding scale, determined by the property’s market value.
The Basic Sale Fee covers the standard conveyancing work required when selling a property.
